DESCRIPTION:The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting course is intended for all individuals\, regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA-affiliation. \nThis Basic Pistol shooting course will introduce you to firearms and provide the knowledge\, skills\, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. The course includes classroom instruction\, practical application\, evaluation\, and a range qualification shoot. During this class\, you will learn Safe Gun Handling Techniques\, Pistol Knowledge\, Fundamentals of Shooting\, Shooting Positions\, and more. What will be provided (no cost): NRA Pistol Course and Completion Certificate that meets Virginia’s Concealed Carry application requirements\, Pistol and ammunition\, and lunch options. Not provided: Eye and Ear protection (bring your own) Initial Deposit is non-refundable. ***NOTE: Registration for this course does not secure your seat.
